Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances occur in life. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 48 hours notice be given. This time frame gives us ample time to re-book open appointment times. 

Appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window will be charged 50% of the service.

Appointments rescheduled during the 48 hour window will be charged a rebooking fee of $50. 

Non-Emergency cancellations are subject to a 50% service fee. 

Same day reschedules and cancellations are subject to 100% of the service fee. 

No call no show will be charged 100% of the minimum service cost.
